Felix Shlosman, RDO

Optician

Felix has been serving the Greater Boston community for over 40 years as an optician and business owner. He is the father and inspiration to Dr. Denis, as well as the driving force for starting this family business. Felix is an expert in frame selection, lens finishing, and frame repair and restoration. We have a finishing lab on site where Felix completes all jobs himself to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Felix got his inspiration from his father, who was also an optician and owned his own optical shop in Brighton, MA for over 30 years after immigrating from Odessa, Ukraine. After first owning Newton Center Opticians for two decades, Felix set up shop in Brookline Village. Now he has started a new chapter in Newtonville, bringing his expertise to this new optometric practice headed by his son, Dr. Denis Shlosman.
